Elevators of G.R. Agro procured about 200 thousand tons. grain in the new season.
Since the beginning of harvesting in the new season, the elevators of the G.R. Agro “in the Zaporozhye and Dnepropetrovsk regions by August 25, 2021, prepared about 200 thousand tons of grain crops of the new harvest.
In the total volume of harvested batches of winter and hot cereals at the enterprises, the share of wheat is – 60%, barley – 33%, rapeseed, peas – 7%
The elevators exceeded the indicators of the previous marketing year 2020/2021 by 62% – 121 thousand tons were accepted as of the indicated date.
Today, among the regions, the leaders in terms of gross grain harvest are Dnipropetrovsk (3.36 million tons), Zaporozhye (3.22 million tons), which is a direct factor in the growth of harvesting rates this season. Also, the actively announced program “Free storage for agricultural producers” on the eve of the start of the season attracted new depositors in the regions of presence of “G.R. Agro”.
